Satellite Plastic Industries, incorporated in 1983 is now in its 35th year of existence. Having started as an Agency Business selling machinery for the Plastic Pipe Industry from various Principals located in Italy, Germany and France we moved onto manufacturing machines as partners of our existing principals. We have more than 500 installations all over India with a growing number of customers because of their trust in the performance of our machinery as well as after sales services. The goodwill thus created offers unlimited possibilities to keep expanding our activities from time to time. Our major customers have placed repeated orders with us which is a clear indication of their confidence in working with us continuously.
We have expanded our activities into manufacturing of Machinery with our Italian partners and also invested in a plant to produce Corrugated Pipes. We have 3 manufacturing units located in Maharashtra & Gujarat and a combined work force of more than 100 persons. With over 80% exports of Corrugated Pipes that we produce in Rajkot, we have not only established our brand name “Sputnik” in India but also overseas with customers in Europe, Far East, and the Middle East & Australia.
Beginning 1st Oct. 2017 we have restructured our organisation with a view to provide a more efficient and dedicated service to our customers. Under the restructuring program my Brother, Haren Sanghavi has exited our group and has taken over the Recycling Machinery Business under aegis of GMS PLASTIC MACHINERY PVT. LTD.
On the other hand I am now be ably assisted by my Son, Jai Sanghavi, who has joined me in our business and we will be taking care of our continuing businesses in
and also our Food Machinery Division namely

All these 5 Entities will continue to have the same admin and support staff with the addition of a few more colleagues. We are increasing our production activities in all the above Companies with renewed challenges and cost effective production to continue our leadership in these fields. We are happy and proud that we have garnered a very good reputation in the field of Machinery for Plastic Pipes, Brush Making Machines and above all Corrugated Pipes.
